Being Breath Circles are intended to teach individuals how to use the power of breath to integrate body, mind and spirit. We do this through teaching somatic breathing to feel the body, blocks and flow in the body, and increased life-force energy. This breathing becomes a practice for a lifetime. Circles are perfect for individuals and couples curious about learning body-based breathing for deepening intimacy with ourselves, our body, life, and others.
