Resources YOUR OWN BREATH! The Four (4) breaths are as follows (no rules, play with it) 1. START SLOW-Sensual mouth breathing, like a whale breathes water you breath air, open relaxed mouth all the way down to anus, fill belly, pelvis, genitals with breath... Sense into your OWN timing... 2. CHARGE-As arousal starts you can charge breath, sip breath faster through mouth. Breathe from the belly, NOT the chest (especially if feeling dizzy). Feel the power of charge from the pelvis and genitals. For partners, try charging with mouths close together during lovemaking. Remembering the pelvis and belly when charging breath is KEY! 3. CIRCULATE-In through nose and out through mouth, for a few breaths. Play with 1,2,3 and mix them up, do this couple/several times. Switch to circulating before ejaculation. LAST Inhale of CIRCULATION, you can choose BIG DRAW. 4. BIG DRAW – Instead of, during or after ejaculation HOLD breath and tense muscles, holding as long as possible, clench fists, buttocks, face, eyes....holding breath as long as possible.
